The Cooper 01 Series bearings are suitable for most medium duty applications and a wide range of speeds, up to 12,600 inches / 320,000mm dn under the right conditions.

Some of the bearings in the 01 Series have been up rated to the 01E Series bearing that offers higher load rating and longer life within the 01 Series envelope and utilizes the existing 01 Series cartridges and housings. The E Series also offers the benefit of even simpler assembly with the self-locking cage.

The 01 Series range of bearings has the most comprehensive range of standard mounting options.

Housings are typically ductile or cast iron though aluminum and steel can be made to order. Please see the mounting options page for more details. Standard cast iron pillow block bases normally have longitudinal bolt slots. Cast steel or other special bases usually have drilled holes.
